Vendor FAQs
Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 9-3 p.m.
Vendors can set up as early as 9 a.m. No set up will be allowed after 10 a.m.
Please provide your own tables, chairs, chests, ice, generators, electrical supplies etc.
Standard booth size is 10X10. If a larger size is needed, the cost will be an additional $20.
Vendor booths are $30 and Food Truck Spots is $40
All funds are non-refundable.
Vendor must keep their assigned spaces clean and neat and free of garbage and debris during the Festival. All garbage, debris and any and all items of any sort must be removed and the space assigned to the Vendor cleaned of any and all material prior to vacating the area. Grease dumping is not allowed. Vendors violating this requirement will be billed for clean-up for any debris and/or residue left in their area.
Under no circumstances will the Curvin Recreation Center be liable for any injury of any kind, loss of profits, stolen merchandise or other incidental damages.
No vendor shall consume or have in his/her possession any alcohol and/or illegal or controlled substance.

Yes, the following rules apply:
• Performance time limit is 3-5 minutes
• No inappropriate language or content
• No excessive skin revealing costumes or offensive props
Failure to comply with these rules will result in automatic elimination.
A panel of judges will evaluate performances based on factors like talent, creativity, stage presence, and originality.
Yes, the maximum number of participants allowed in a group is 10.
Yes, prizes for winners, may include trophies, certificates, or gift cards. This will be determined as by the committee organizing the event.
If there are technical issues like a microphone failure, sound problems, or other equipment malfunctions, performers will be allowed to restart or continue their performance.
Performers can use pre-recorded music or tracks. You will need to provide the music in a specific format (e.g., on a USB drive, or as a digital file) and in advance.
